The City of Hudsonville is utilizing DaySmart Recreation rental software to manage all Park Rentals. This new software allows residents and community members to book rentals year-round at their convenience. Rentals can still be made in person at City Hall during business hours. Payment is due at the time of booking whether done online or in person.
Reminders
When renting one of our park facilities, it is for the whole day. We do not offer time blocks or double bookings.
Please take care in booking future rentals. The City does not refund cancellation of bookings for any reason.

City parks and facilities available to rent include: Hughes Park, Sunrise Park, Hillside Park, and Veteran's Park.
The City Hall Community Room is available to rent year-round during business hours. To book the room, please contact City Hall at (616) 669-0200.

- If interested in renting a ball diamond at Hughes Park or Sunrise Park, please contact Kate Milzarski at (616) 669-0200 or at kmilzarski@hudsonville.org for availability.
- If you are hosting a community festival and are in need of City support services, please complete and submit the Event Support Request Form.
- Terra Square: There are several spaces available to rent at Terra Square, including the Gathering Space and Market Space for private events. The conference room is available for meetings. For reservation fees and policies visit the Terra Square website.
