Introducing Hudsonville’s Newest Downtown Development, Hudsonville Flats, Featuring a Local Hospital, and Two Restaurants

April 4^th, 2024

HUDSONVILLE, MI – Downtown Hudsonville is thrilled to announce the upcoming arrival of Hudsonville Flats, a three-story, mixed-use development featuring two restaurants, a health care facility, and 22 apartment units. This 10,080-square-foot building will be located on the corner of Plaza Avenue and Harvey Street, next to the Hudson Center, and will enhance the vibrancy of our community.

On the ground floor, Hudsonville Flats will house Holland Hospital Primary Care — Hudsonville, a primary care physician office that provides convenient access to primary care along with Laboratory Services and Radiology Services, Electric Hero, a local sandwich shop, and Thai Avenue, providing authentic Thai cuisine.

This space is designed to seamlessly integrate with the charm of Downtown Hudsonville while creating a space to gather, live, and access essential healthcare services. The City of Hudsonville believes this space coincides with our 2030 vision of becoming a Distinctive, Livable, Vibrant, and Connected City.

“We are excited about the positive impact Hudsonville Flats will have on our downtown community,” said Tyler Dotson, City of Hudsonville’s City Manager. “This development represents a significant investment in the growth of Hudsonville, providing a welcoming space for residents and visitors to connect, dine, and access essential healthcare services.” 

This project is currently underway and anticipates completion of Hudsonville Flats in the fall of 2024. Stay tuned for further updates as we look forward to this exciting addition to Downtown Hudsonville.
